Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pagoda CMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of the Platform

Pagoda CMS is provided for managing patient records, appointments, billing, and related clinical and administrative operations. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your clinic’s internal policies and applicable healthcare regulations.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of patient data.

Data Ownership

Your clinic retains ownership of all patient records and clinical data entered into Pagoda CMS. We process this data solely to provide and improve the service, and act only on your clinic’s instructions with respect to that data.

Clinical Responsibility

Pagoda CMS is a practice management tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinics and healthcare providers remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, the accuracy of information entered into the platform, and compliance with applicable medical, licensing, and recordkeeping standards.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Access or attempt to access patient records you are not authorized to view.
2. Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading information.
3. Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the platform.
4. Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Pagoda Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including any damages arising from clinical decisions made using information stored in Pagoda CMS.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Pagoda CMS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
